  • Educational & Informational Blog Content on festivals, travel experiences, photography, and creative guides.

2. Intellectual Property

  • All images, videos, blog content, AI-generated content, and designs are the intellectual property of Captured Creations, unless otherwise noted.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

  • If sharing our content (e.g., excerpts, screenshots, or summaries), attribution and a visible backlink to our original page are required.

3. Services Terms

a) Photography & Videography

  • We provide professional shoots for events, campaigns, product launches, travel, and festivals.

  • Services must be pre-booked. Advance payments may be required.

  • Final delivery formats, turnaround time, and editing scope are discussed during booking.

  • Unused raw footage or photos remain the property of Captured Creations unless explicitly handed over.

  • Raw files are not included in the standard deliverables and may be provided upon special request and additional fee.

b) Graphic Design

  • We create original design assets for social media, branding, marketing, print, and digital use.

  • Clients must provide a clear brief and brand assets (logos, fonts, etc.) where applicable.

  • Final design files are delivered in standard formats (JPG, PNG, PDF, etc.). Editable files (PSD, AI) are available only on request and may incur additional charges.

c) Digital Marketing Content

  • We offer content packages (images, videos, carousels, reels) tailored for ads, social media, and promotions.

  • We do not manage ad campaigns directly unless specified. We only provide creative content.

  • All creative services are intended to support your branding goals, not guarantee business outcomes.

d) AI-Enhanced or AI-Generated Work

  • AI tools may be used for image enhancement, editing, creative visuals, or generating custom content.

  • All AI-generated or AI-edited content is treated as licensed visual output and is not open-source or free-use unless stated.

  • Clients must clarify if AI content is acceptable for their use case (especially in branding or public releases).

4. Licensing & Usage Rights

Captured Creations retains full and permanent ownership of all original work, including but not limited to photographs, videos, designs, AI-generated visuals, and creative content.

  • Licensing does not transfer ownership under any condition. Clients receive usage rights only as specified in the agreement or invoice.

  • Unauthorized resale, reproduction, or redistribution of licensed content is strictly prohibited.

  • We offer:

    • Royalty-Free Licenses – Broad use within defined limits.

    • Rights-Managed Licenses – Restricted by time, geography, or platform.

    • Exclusive Licenses – Grants exclusive usage rights (but not ownership) to a single client, upon written agreement.

All licensing terms are outlined clearly in your invoice or service contract.

Note: If licensed content is used via any third-party platform, their terms and conditions may also apply, and you are solely responsible for complying with those third-party policies.

5. Blog Content & Educational Materials

  • Our blog provides content on photography, travel tips, festival stories (e.g., Durga Puja), photo walks, tutorials, and general creative insights.
  • Content is shared for educational and informational purposes only.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or republish content without written permission.
  • You may share blog links on social media with proper credit and backlinking.
  • Dates, recommendations, and experiences may change over time. Always verify time-sensitive information.
  • Blog posts may include links to third-party websites for reference or citation.
  • We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or accuracy of those external sites.
  • Visiting such sites is at your own discretion.

  • If guest contributors are featured, their views and opinions are their own.

6. Comments & Community Conduct

  • Users must post respectful, constructive comments on blog articles.

  • Offensive, misleading, spammy, or promotional comments will be removed.

  • We are not liable for payments made directly to third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, influencers, or ad agencies) even if coordinated as part of a broader digital marketing effort. Clients are solely responsible for managing and verifying those transactions.

10. Disclaimer

  • By using Captured Creations, you agree to use our services at your own discretion. While we are committed to delivering high-quality creative content, we do not provide any guarantees regarding performance, results, or specific outcomes.
  • Captured Creations is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our website, services, or delivered content.
  • We do not guarantee increases in sales, traffic, or engagement from the use of our work. Every project outcome may vary based on a range of factors beyond our control.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all final content before it is published or used in any public capacity.
